Spring has sprung at Cable and Cotton

Despite the recent cold snap Cable and Cotton have started to welcome in the lighter evenings with a new shop window display.

Courtesy of illustrator Jessie Ford who designed the window mural herself, we have decided to go for a much bolder and eye-catching display with cute birds, abstract flowers, colourful wooden bunting and even a raincloud to symbolize those April showers!

The colours we have used for the lights which we think compliment the Springtime theme perfectly are; Bright Yellow, Pale Blue, Flash Pink, Pure White and Bright Orange.

Please visit for more examples of Jessie’s work.

Cable and Cotton Lights spotted at a recent corporate event!

We love the pink theme at this event using our lights as multi-coloured bunting draped across the ceiling. The colourway used is our best seller ‘Mexican’ consisting of Sunflower Yellow, Sandstone, Turquoise, Violet, Lavender, Olive Green, Deep Purple, Bright Orange, Prussian Blue and Fuchsia Pink.

Cable and Cotton feature on Miranda….BBC1

The ‘Miranda’ show on BBC1 has got great taste in lights! She picked some lovely colours displayed on the fireplace in the background consisting of Ruby Red, Fuchsia Pink, Sunflower Yellow, Bright Yellow, Bright Orange, Lilac, Lavender and Turquoise.

Like many retailers, Cable and Cotton have got into the festive spirit and decorated our window display complete with white christmas tree and presents! We decided on a silver and gold theme this year and have put our popular colourway ‘Glow’ round the tree. I think you will all agree how gorgeous this colourway looks.

We have just discovered that Cable and Cotton are featured in the background of the Boots advert for Christmas! We like how they have draped the lights along the headboard using punchy bright colours like turquoise, sunflower yellow, violet and tomato red.

Christmas preparations!

Cable and Cotton’s Christmas countdown will soon begin.

The tree has arrived and is currently taking over the entire office!
