New Colour Combinations

Here are three new string light colour combinations for you – ‘Rio’, ‘St Ives’ and ‘Gobi’ – we found nice photos of these places and matched the colours ! These will soon be uploaded to the main website.

New 50 Light String

We have started to stock 50 light strings now – these measure 5 metres in total with 3.4 metres of lit string plus 1.5 metres from the plug to the first light. These will be added to our website soon but you can order now by calling 0808 120 3890.
They are great for a big feature in the home and for Weddings and special events – great for parties!
We have had enquiries from pub chains and restaurants about these too and even companies wanting to match their corporate colours!
Wedding Lights

We have had quite a few enquiries for string lights for Weddings and so we’ve set up a special service for this by stocking massive 50 Light Strings – these measure a whopping 3.4 metres of total lit string and 1.5 metres from the plug to the first light so you have a bit of room to play with. So that’s almost 5 metres in total! We stock these already and will be adding them to the website soon. So if you’d like to order them then you can do so by calling 0808 120 3890. You can, as usual select any colours you’d like to go on these strings and we’ll even help you choose.
New Year, New Colours

It may not feel like it right now but Spring is just around the corner! We have started coming up with some decorative string light colours for Springtime so you’ll see these on our website soon. We also figured that in these dark and cold days that you might like a bit of cheering up so we have also put together a string called Rio which reminded us of the Rio Carnival – it’s super bright, colourful and loud!
Covent Garden Concession
January 3rd, 2010
Bhudda on a Bicycle decided to take up our concession offering with a super-mini concessions which we designed to fit into their shop space. They chose 10 colours and have had a great start – they have had 3 new stock deliveries for the concession in only 4 weeks! We are chuffed to bits that the first pick and mix lighting concession by Cable and Cotton has been such a success and we are looking forward to working with Gilly, Gina and their team at Bhudda on a Bicycle.
Bhudda on a Bicycle not only offers the UK’s first pick and mix lighting concession but also a whole range of other goods in this store at 27 Endell Street, Covent Garden, London. You can even enjoy Yoga or a deep tissue massage in the treatment room above their shop.
